It has been a very busy week with lots of great things happening within the school. As a result, this week's blog is quite lengthy and chock-full of photos. I hope you enjoy reading about and seeing our amazing students hard at work.

This morning, Mr. Grenham and I met with a group of parents for our first Principals' Coffee of the school year. The topics of discussion were MCAS and parent/teacher conferences. Thank you to all who were able to attend and to the food service staff who provided coffee and snacks. If you were not able to attend, the Power Point can be accessed by clicking here. Our next coffee will be held on January 24th. We hope to see you there.
Thank you to all who participated in today's Spirit Day. We are in the process of collecting and delivering the food to the Wrentham Food Pantry. A special thank you to Denise Angerame for all her help and to Mrs. DeTrolio and members of the Roderick Student Council for their help preparing the donations for delivery.
The Delaney School was overtaken by Superheroes on Friday! It was great to see so many kids dressed up and enjoying one another's costumes.
Thank you to Mr. Craig Woodhams for meeting with our third grade students today as part of the PTO sponsored Disability Awareness program. Mr. Woodhams is a carpenter from Wrentham who took time out of his busy schedule to share his life experiences.
Grade 2 students in Mrs. Adiletto's class enjoyed participating in Pumpkin Math activities.
Positive Referrals
Close to 20 students received Positive Referrals this week! WOW!!! I'm so proud of each and every one of them. Great job boys and girls!
Mrs. Wagstaff's kindergarten students, along with their special guests, made metal mobiles.
Students in Mrs. Pitman/Mrs. Maxwell and Mrs. Young's classes used an artificial pumpkin to create the main character for their book reports. Great job everyone!
